Relay is more than a tool that helps media buyers communicate more effectively. It ultimately gives agencies the transparency they desire.

I spoke to a friend, Mike. An incredible guy at his job! He shared how tedious it can get having to look through Google Ads, write up clients’ numbers every day, and answer client queries about past or recent data he has no idea about.

So I built Relay to help Mike and every other media buyer or agency looking to hand over power to their team. Relay fetches data from Google Ads and Triple Whale, collates these numbers on a daily basis, and logs each client’s data in an organized format automatically, so all there is to do is confirm the numbers and document them.

With its in-built AI chat agent, buyers can ask Relay any question about the clients they manage. From “Hey, tell me about Northbrook” to “Give me a detailed rundown of Northbrook for the past 6 months and share thoughts on where spend is lacking”, Relay answers from grounded client data.

I built Relay not just for media buyers. Agency admins can oversee operations across all media buyers too. Admins can see who has logged their client data each day, assign clients to each buyer, and edit or revoke access.

One interesting thing is the Slack integration: every client channel from Slack is easily migrated to Relay. With this, buyers can send updates or messages from Relay to Slack with just one click. A demo is shown below.
