Scrolling is supposed to be fun, Let’s make it just that.
An exploration of folder scrolling and image viewing experience.
May 2025

If I could view my files in this manner, I’d have it no other way.
Beyond the four practical viewpoints of exploring files from my device, I sat in my room on very hot Sunday afternoon, immediately I had lunch (supposed breakfast), I kept thinking about how increasingly difficult I tilt towards seeing my doc folder in “columns” format because I enjoy getting a preview of certain things I often find myself looking for. P.S: I suck at naming my folder/document properly.
Figure 1.0 Four Practical Viewpoints
Rack-Scroll, a means of viewing your folder groups broken down into sections, enabling you scroll through them in a seemingly enjoyable gliding manner. You feel every scroll. Get details of images or videos in focus. All at once.
Unlike conventional ways, where clicking is prioritized, scrolling can also be a thing. Not just scrolling, but, scrolling with intent to either that long lost photo of you and your dog buried in a 2021 image folder easily, and enjoyable while doing it.

This is just a concept, I’m actually really cool with the four viewpoints. Sometimes it’s great to just think things and make them, and this is just one of those things. I will like to see this implemented in someway, somehow in the future. If you see this implemented somewhere - call me <3.
I said all that to say, keep creating!
